Durian. First Fleet Command of Indonesian Navy conducted four-day comprehensive military exercises in four locations, including join naval operation and amphibious walfare.
The military exercises were conducted from July 21-24 in four areas – Java Sea, Karimata Strait, Singkep Island waters and Riau Islands.
It’s led by First Fleet Commander RADM Ahmad Heri Purwanto, a statement from the military command stated on July 24.
In the exercises, 24 Navy ships including submarine and missile destroyer from sea aspects, while 14 air vehicles including helicopters and transport aircraft were involved.
Indonesian Navy Commander Admiral Yudho Margono was involved in amphibious landing exercise in Todak Dabo coast in Singkep Island, Riau Islands province on July 24.
More than 1,000 marine personnel participated in the naval exercises.
