“Indonesia has a huge potential in green energy sector that is about 3,600 gigawatt which is from hydro, wind, solar, geothermal, sea waves and bioenergy powers,” President Jokowi explained in his annual state remarks before members of the House of Representatives and the People’s Consultative Assembly or DPR and MPR in Jakarta.
Therefore, the outgoing president warned the nation to be careful and gradually in implementing energy transition.
It’s the last time for President Jokowi to make his state remarks as he will be replaced by the elected President Prabowo Subianto by October 20.
