Durian – An Indonesian film production, Visinema Studios in collaboration with the Galeri Indonesia Kaya and Ciputra Artpreneur will welcome school holidays 2025 by showing “Kaluarga Cemara” or Cemara Family drama musical at Ciputra Artpreneur, Jakarta from 20 June to 13 July 2025 and has launched a music album titled Cemara’s songs on Tuesday, 10 June 2025 in Jakarta.
Keluarga Cemara drama musical was based on late Indonesian writer Arswendo Atmowiloto’ TV series in 1994 and adopted to big screen in 2019 and its sequel in 2022.
In 2024, Visinema Studios brought the story into a drama musical and gained over 30,000 spectators.
“After seeing the progress of joint rehearsals with vocalists, musicians, I can tell you that this time, Keluarga Cemara drama musical wont’s repeat last year’s but renewal (version) it,” said Christian Emmanuel, producer of the drama musical in the press conference.
During the press conference, Visinema Studios presented 7 ambassador singers for the drama musical – group JKT48, trio GAC, group RAPOT, group the Lantis, Ruth Sahanaya, VIDI and Feby Putri.
Their songs can be heard through digital platform starting from 12 June 2025 and its video clips to be released on 13 June 2025.
Those singers are likely to perform at the stage during drama musical Keluarga Cemara performances at Ciputra Artpreneur, Jakarta. Ticket can be bought through Visinema Studios’s Instagram account. (***)
